CCFD#3 received a grant in 2024 through the USDA’s CWDG Program. The projects funded involve treating the defensible space around homes and egress routes over the next 5 years, with a goal of 200 properties treated. If you live within the boundaries of CCFD#3 you are eligible for this program. There is no cost match (meaning $0 cost to property owner).
